Persian Children Library

Chicago Persian School has created a sizable modern children's Persian library for ages 3 to 14. We worked with children's Persian language literature experts to identify suitable books for bi-cultural/bilingual children in the US. Thanks to the philanthropic contributions of our donors, Chicago Persian School students can now borrow books from this library.

How to Borrow Books from the Library:

Storybooks in our children library has been divided into three color-coded categories:

  • Ages 3 to 6: pink label

  • Ages 7 to 10: yellow label

  • Ages 11 and older: green label

1- Students may proceed to select storybooks from the category related to their age, with the presence of an adult who can complete the documentation process.

2- The student's name and the date must be recorded on the book's ID card. The ID card should be removed from the sleeve and kept at the school office.

3- The borrowing period is 2 weeks. Students are allowed to check out as many as 5 books at a time.
